Goud Return Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Goud. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your item(s) under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags still attached and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will result in the return being declined.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized made-to-order items, including garments made to your measurements, are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item, including a return shipping address.
Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you (within Europe).
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
