Shipping & Returns

Production & Delivery

All our products are made to order. Production time ranges from 3–5 days, depending on the item. Delivery within Bulgaria takes 1–2 business days.

GOOD Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange item(s) under the following conditions.

Right to Return

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to return or exchange it.

  • Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will result in the return being declined.

  • Non-returnable items: Personalized or made-to-order goods, including garments made to your measurements, cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at the.goud.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item, including the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Costs

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you (within Europe).

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at office@goud.bg  with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

EU Consumer Rights
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund. This right applies to both standard and made-to-order goods, except those that are personalized or made to your specifications.
